Step 2: Log into Citrix with PingID

There are two methods to receive the PingID multi-factor authentication (MFA) passcode. Please navigate to your preference.

  1. Choose to receive the PingID MFA passcode via SMS text message (recommended) and not install the PingID Application to your mobile device.
  2. Choose to receive the PingID MFA passcode via PingID Application installed on your mobile device.


Select which method you'd like to receive the PingID passcode:
