The Consilio Relativity workspace you will access was selected to be hosted in our Citrix Perimeter. The environment is designed with enhancement of additional security layers to the underlying hosted data and required compliance posture.
As an additional layer to protect client data, Consilio deploys the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) security strategy to authenticate users accessing the systems. The first factor is your credentials and the second is through the utilization of a generated temporary code that you receive separately. The combination of both factors will authenticate your intentions of logging into our systems.
If this is the first-time you are logging into Citrix Workspace to access Relativity, this wizard will guide you to Set your password prior to logging into the environment URL where you will enter the SMS PingID, select to use the Citrix Light plugin, then launch the Relativity browser.
